L & M Construction was established in the spring of 2003 in Blairs, VA by Lyle and Melody Rader.

Our Shop

What started out as a two person operation; has now grown into a fully staffed office with a total of 18 employees. Currently we hold General Contractors Licenses in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Alabama.
